Sports: Soccer

More than fifteen years ago, Lakeshore Church saw a need in the Denver community for a safe and nurturing venue for youth sports. Out of that need, Lakeshore Soccer was born. Each and every year since that time, the Lord has blessed Lakeshore Church by providing us with the means and facilities to share the love of Christ in a fun and relaxed Christian sports environment. There have been a number of positive changes and improvements over the years as we have continually sought to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.

As Lakeshore Church and our Sports Ministry Team have continued to pray and seek the Lord’s guidance, we are convinced that He is leading Lakeshore to NO LONGER offer a youth fall soccer league for 2010.

Looking back, we would like to thank you, the parents, for your enthusiastic support of Lakeshore Soccer in years past. Many of you have helped in so many ways, from coaching to providing snacks, and by encouraging your individual children as they gave it their very best out on the fields.

We at Lakeshore Church are anticipating exciting changes as the Lord leads us in a new direction for community outreach and discipleship. Again, we thank you for your past involvement in our ministry, and invite you to watch with us as God continues to work in the life of Lakeshore Church!
