Connecting: Congregational Care

The Congregational Care Team (CCT) is composed of every active family at Lakeshore. Our CCT Coordinator contacts the CCT Team Leader with any and all prayer requests, mercy meal needs, and any other congregational needs that require attention. Every family is assigned to a Care Team Leader who has the responsibility to stay in touch with each family on their team.

If a team member is not at church for several weeks, the Team Leader follows up to see if there is a problem or if they can help in any way. Each family is also encouraged to know who is on their team and to use every opportunity to reach out to them by either phone calls or cards of encouragement. The CCT has been such a blessing for us at Lakeshore by helping us to stay connected to each other and involved in each other's lives.
